Challenge: Manage the logistics and hospitality for UniCredit’s 1,300 most influential European clients, who were invited to the UEFA Champions League Final in Milan. This involved coordinating last-minute travel arrangements, including private jet arrivals, and ensuring seamless experiences for high-profile guests from 13 countries, often with only 72 to 96 hours’ notice.

Solution: Our team worked closely with multiple UniCredit offices across Europe to develop an effective communication and planning framework. We managed every detail of the guests’ experience, from securing luxury accommodations and organizing private transport to coordinating exclusive activities and access to the match.
